DotNetInvoice is a web based invoicing solution created by prominent software blogger Rob Walling. It’s a simple, professional, and cost-effective solution to automating your business’ invoicing and it helps you keep tabs on your money.
“Before DotNetInvoice there were no viable options for small and medium-sized businesses running Windows servers wanting to invoice customers on the web,” says Rob Walling, creator of DotNetInvoice. “Unless you were willing to spend $30,000 on a custom software package you were out of luck.”
New Features in Version 2.5
Credit Card Gateways — DotNetInvoice now supports four credit card gateways out of the box: PayPal Website Payments Pro, Authorize.NET, PayFlow and BluePay. This allows businesses to easily integrate credit card payment processing into their online invoices.
Accept Partial Payments — Clients can make partial payments for any size invoice. This function can be turned on or off.
Attach Invoices as PDFs — Long considered a premium feature by other invoicing services, users can now attach PDF versions of invoices to any outgoing email.
DotNetInvoice is Now Available in C# — DotNetInvoice is now available in both C# and VB.NET, common programming languages used by Microsoft Windows Operating systems.
About DotNetInvoice
Automation and Accounting — DotNetInvoice installs directly on your company’s server and allows your business to create invoices and email them to clients over the web. Clients login to a section on your website and pay the invoice via check, credit card, or PayPal. Automation features allow for monthly billing on set days each month, and for the forgetful client, email reminders can be automatically sent to remind of payment deadlines or delinquencies. To keep track of it all, reporting functions detail monthly revenue, payment types, failed transactions, outstanding invoices and more.
